Talent Acquisition Workshops
We assist our clients to develop talent acquisition strategies which incorporate the best sourcing and selection methods for their market and for their industry sectors. We also provide advice and implementation plans for "on-boarding" key executives. Talent Assessment and Development
We work with our clients to review their performance management processes and to create customised competency-based model for both management and functional team assessments. Using these assessments, we map leadership and functional gaps and work with our clients to understand how to continue to develop their leadership and functional teams.
