Theresa Goh
Theresa contributes over 20 years experience in the Information Technology and Executive Search business in Asia.
Theresa’s career began with International Business Machines (IBM Singapore) where she was responsible for managing global accounts such as Shell Royal Dutch Company, British Petroleum, Halliburton, Schlumberger and Neptune Orient Lines. The management of these clients has taken her all over the world for business planning and client meetings.
In 1995, after ten years with IBM, Theresa established Resource Dynamics Limited, a boutique executive search firm specializing in the High-Tech industries. She became an equity partner in International Technology Partners (ITP World-Wide), Houston in 1998. Theresa was the Co-Chairman for ITP World-Wide in 2003 and was a Board Member.
Theresa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore and is a Certified Behavioral Analyst with Target Training Institute (TTI USA). She has a graduate diploma in Applied Psychology from The American University, and she is certified in Occupational Testing and Occupational Personality by SHL (Saville & Holdsworth) in conjunction with BPS (British Psychological Society). She was in the Advisory Committee for Management and Business Programs for the Singapore Institute of Management. She currently helps out as a Committee Member of the NVPC (National Volunteer and Philantropy Centre). She is a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors.
Theresa is married with two children.
